2. Delivery
After placing the order, you will receive an email confirming the success of the order. If the order is placed on Friday after 13:00 or during the weekend, it will be sent on the next working day. The courier service delivers to your address from Monday to Friday. For this purpose, the person must be present at the address indicated for delivery. Prior to any delivery, the supplier will call you prior to delivery. Usual delivery time is 1-5 working days. 3. Right to appeal

If the delivered product does not match the one ordered in terms of shape, model, color or for any other reason deviates from the one ordered, then you have the right to request a replacement within 14 working days. This right of exchange applies only if the product has not been used, if its appearance, properties, seals, factory labels, etc. have been preserved. 4. Delivery of a defective product
When the ordered product is delivered to you, you are obliged to inspect it immediately to determine whether there are any defects in the delivered product. The consumer to whom a defective product was sold has the right to demand: - free removal of defects, its replacement with another product of the customer's choice or final termination of the contract, refund of the amount paid. In order to exercise the above-mentioned rights, the consumer is obliged to provide appropriate confirmation, and MARABELLA is obliged to accept a defective product from the consumer and to comply with his requests, unless he can prove that the defects in the product were caused by a violation of the Terms of Use and Consumer Protection, a third party or another entity. The consumer has the right to attend the inspection of the product.
5. Replacement of products
If it is necessary to replace a product that was properly delivered by MARABELLA, the cost of returning and collecting a new product is borne by the customer. MARABELLA accepts the obligation to pay the costs only if it delivers an inappropriate product model. The replacement is done by creating a new order, in which you note that it is a replacement. Announcement of the replacement in the courier service is the responsibility of MARABELLA. After the product is returned to MARABELLA and determined to be unused, its appearance, preserved properties and factory labels are preserved, a new product will be sent to you. The client can change the color or model. If the price of the new item is higher, the buyer will pay the difference.
