After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming the success of your order. If an order is placed after 1pm on Friday or over the weekend, it will be dispatched the next working day.

Payment of the order can only be made directly at the time of collection.

AKS courier service delivers to your address from Monday to Friday. For this purpose, the person must be present at the address indicated for delivery. Prior to any delivery, the supplier will call you prior to delivery. Usual delivery time is 1-5 business days.

Delivery to the territory of the entire Republic of Serbia is 500 rsd. Delivery costs are paid by the buyer himself. AND FREE DELIVERY over 5000 rs. If the order was returned by the courier service due to a failed delivery (rejected package), the order will be returned and you will be banned from ordering from our store in the future. If the product needs to be replaced or refunded, the cost of returning and receiving a new product is borne by the buyer.

Marabella undertakes to cover costs only if it delivers an incorrect product in terms of color or model.
